WHA Indeed!

Saw this on US 287 and 46th street, Loveland:

Complete with risers, sissy bars and rear lighting panel

I didn't have much time to look at it closely; It is a plastic holstein cow outfitted with dual biker seats. There is some lettering on the side: "WHA"? Is there a biker bar missing it's kitsch?
