Madog checks in

The corgi is with us on the road…

Duncan Madog

Duncan travels well and seems to like car rides. He sits quietly for hours in the back of the car and patiently waits to get out to pee at a rest stop on the way to Chicago: Wyoming, Nebraska, Iowa, Illinois! His food consists of a mixture of dry dog food, frozen green beans and pumpkin. The name Duncan is from the Highlander series ‘Duncan Mcleod’ and Madog is from the name Madog ab Owain Gwynedd, a Welsh prince who sailed to the American continent in 1170. A Welsh woman I once met said that Madog is pronounced “Madock”.
