Not much rain around here, but why not take good care of your bike and store it under a roof just in case? …and a lot of NoCo’s have bikes that cost more than their cars so having that extra protection is worth it.
And Double-decker racks no less
I guess that works, but this area ain’t all that urban. Big cities have them to save space but I wonder if these were cheaper than building a larger enclosure? Note that the upper racks lift down for loading. There is a spring-loaded hook to keep the front wheel stable and rails for cable locks. I’ll check these out on rainy mornings to see how often they get used.
